A renovation lasting three weeks does not need an annual contract. You start at a week and extend if you need to, instead of signing twelve months for two months of actual need.
Document archives for firms and practices
Files that must be kept for ten years by law and that nobody ever reopens take up an office in the centre, where the square metre costs something else. Here they cost what they should cost, and stay reachable on the day they are genuinely needed.
We can come and collect
Emptying the cellar, packing, loading, taking it to the unit: it is the same trade we do every day on removals. One team, one contact, and nobody blaming anybody else if something gets scratched.
