Commercial and residential cleaning in Florence

Offices, apartment buildings, medical practices and private homes across Florence and its province.

This is where the company started and it is still what we do most: since January 2026 our system has logged more than six thousand cleaning jobs. Communal staircases, public-facing offices, medical rooms, short-let apartments. Each has its own constraints, and none of these jobs is really like the next.

We work on standing contracts or one-off jobs. On a contract we agree a schedule and the frequency area by area, and from then on the organisation is our problem: the team knows where to be, at what time, with which products.

For one-off work, whether after building works, a change of tenant or the reopening of premises closed for months, we come and look first. A quote given over the phone for premises we have never seen is an invented number, and it always ends badly for someone.

Communal cleaning: staircases, halls and shared areas

This is the service that takes us into most of the buildings we look after. With the managing agent we set the calendar and the frequency area by area, then the team comes on the same days at the same hours. Every visit is logged. When the board asks whether anyone came on Thursday, the answer is not our word for it: it is the report, and the agent opens it without calling us.

Office and professional practice cleaning

Public-facing offices, law firms, agencies, shared workspaces. We work before opening or after closing, because nobody wants a vacuum cleaner next to them during a meeting. Desks, meeting rooms, washrooms and shared areas, with frequencies agreed line by line rather than a vague "weekly clean".

Surgeries, medical practices and care homes

Cleaning alone is not enough here, and it is worth saying so before signing: you clean, then you sanitise, in that order. Healthcare settings have dedicated products, a strict order of work, and equipment that does not travel from one room to the next.

Post-construction and change-of-tenant cleaning

Plasterboard dust, adhesive residue, rubble in the corners, hazy glass. Freshly renovated premises are not cleaned like an office in service, and the time needed cannot be guessed from a floor plan. We come and look, then we give you a figure.

Private homes and short-term lets

For a private flat we agree a weekly or fortnightly visit, with the same person wherever we can manage it. For anyone letting to visitors the job changes completely: there is a check-in time to meet and a review at stake, so it has a page of its own.

Where we work

The city of Florence, the province, Prato and Pistoia. Teams leave from via Ferrarin, out on the plain, and that is why a night job at Osmannoro costs what it costs.
