On an industrial site the problem is not the dirt, it is the scale. What a cloth solves in an office needs a scrubber-dryer here, a route plan, and someone who knows the order to work in so the same square metre is not covered twice.
We work outside production hours when needed, nights and weekends included. A warehouse is cleaned when it is idle, not while the forklifts are running.
Before signing we come and measure, look at the floors and ask what runs over them. A food warehouse and a machine shop are not treated with the same products, and getting that wrong is not a cosmetic detail.
Warehouse and industrial unit cleaning
Thousands of square metres are not cleaned by adding people: they are cleaned with the right machine and an order of work decided beforehand. Ride-on scrubber-dryers down the clear bays, a sweeper on the yards, hand work under the racking where no machine fits. Transit aisles are closed in turn, so the warehouse never stops completely.
Industrial floors: concrete, resin, porcelain
A warehouse floor tells you what has run over it: forklift rubber, oil, process dust. Each of those comes off with a different product, and using too aggressive a detergent on a resin floor costs more than the cleaning did. We ask what the plant makes before choosing.
Night and weekend work
This is what almost every industrial contract turns on, and no firm around here puts it in writing. We do: nights, Sundays, the August shutdown. Downtime costs more than cleaning, so the cleaning fits around production rather than the other way round.
Site and post-construction cleaning
Handing over a unit, opening a shop, commissioning a plant: before anyone walks in you need rubble gone, glass washed and floors clear. We do it on sites we did not build, and on the ones we did build it is already included.

Our teams work every week around the areas where the warehouses are: Osmannoro, the Calenzano industrial estate, the Sesto plain, the Gonfienti inland port, the Prato Macrolotto, Montemurlo. That is fifteen minutes by van from our base on via Ferrarin, and it changes the price of a night shift.
